Effective Date: January 1, 2026  ·  Consulting360 AI, LLC  ·  As required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (15 U.S.C. § 6801 et seq.)

Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing of their personal financial information. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.

This notice applies to current and former employees and contractors whose financial information is processed through the Consulting360 workforce platform, including payroll data, compensation records, Social Security Numbers, and banking information.

What Does Consulting360 Do With Your Personal Financial Information?

Why? Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What? The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you use. This can include:
  • Social Security Number and date of birth
  • Income, compensation and pay rate information
  • Bank account numbers for direct deposit
  • Employment records and work history
  • Invoice amounts and payment records
  • Tax withholding information (W-4, W-2)
How? All financial companies need to share customers' personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers' personal information, the reasons Consulting360 chooses to share, and whether you can limit this sharing.
Reasons We Can Share Your Financial Information
How Does Consulting360 Protect Your Information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include:

  • Computer safeguards — all data encrypted at rest and in transit via TLS/HTTPS
  • SSN and date of birth masked by default in the user interface — revealed only on explicit action, with full audit logging of every access
  • Secured files and buildings — cloud infrastructure hosted on DigitalOcean with encrypted volumes
  • Role-based access control — employees only access their own financial records
  • Server-side sessions with 30-minute idle timeout and forced Google session termination on logout
  • Audit trail — every access to sensitive financial data is logged with timestamp, user identity and IP address
How Does Consulting360 Collect Your Information?

We collect your personal financial information, for example, when you:

  • Are onboarded as an employee or contractor by your employer
  • Submit timesheets, expense reports or project assignments through the platform
  • Provide direct deposit banking information for payroll
  • Complete tax withholding forms (W-4)
  • Use our services or access your account

We also collect your personal information from others, such as your employer (the client company that uses Consulting360) and government records.

What Sharing Can You Limit?

Consulting360 does not share your personal financial information with non-affiliates for marketing purposes, does not engage in joint marketing programs, and does not share with affiliates for creditworthiness purposes. Therefore, federal law does not require us to provide an opt-out mechanism — there is nothing to opt out of beyond our everyday business operations.
